What is Fluid Intelligence?

FIT ( Fluid Intelligence Test) is an intelligence test designed to measure cognitive ability in adults and older adolescents. The original FIT v1 was published in February 2013 by Psychometra.

Our test is designed by occupational psychologists and psychometricians, and is used by professional business recruiters to identify high potentials.

How does it work?

Once the payment is finalized, you receive a personal code allowing you to take the test online. The code can be used only once.

The test is is composed of 2 core subtests : 

- Analogies : Quantitative and analogical reasoning

- Matrix Reasoning : Nonverbal abstract problem solving, inductive reasoning, spatial reasoning.

A full test session is 1 hour. After the completion of the test, a psychometrician will review the test session and analyzed it to generate a report including your raw score and standardized score.

The FIT was standardized on a sample of 17,200 people in the United States, Canada and EU zone, ranging in age from 16 to 90.
